Mission Estates

Cedar Ridge sits on forty wooded acres on the high side of a ridge, where the lots back up to old hardwoods we left standing. We graded around the trees, not through them.

Every street has sidewalks on both sides. The community garden at the center is maintained by the HOA, not left to a sign-up sheet. A paved trail runs from the back of the community to Cedar Grove Elementary, so the walk to school never touches a road.
