Todd Stratton is a highly accomplished real estate developer, homebuilder, and construction executive with more than three decades of experience leading residential and commercial development projects throughout the western United States. As President and Chief Executive Officer of Kavison Homes, he provides strategic leadership across all aspects of land acquisition, entitlement, development, construction, finance, and community planning.
Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Stratton has successfully developed more than 2,500 acres of land and overseen the construction of more than 4,000 residential homes and housing units across Nevada, Arizona, California, and Texas. He is widely recognized for his expertise in land development, large-scale community planning, attainable housing, and public-private partnerships that create sustainable opportunities for homeownership.
Mr. Stratton began his career working within family-owned electrical and homebuilding businesses, gaining hands-on experience in every phase of residential construction. He later served as Division President of Sterling S Development, where he directed operations in Nevada and Texas. From 2000 to 2005, he served as President of American Premiere Homes, leading the company's growth from two subdivisions in Las Vegas to more than forty residential communities, including the successful Sierra Ranch master-planned community.
In 2016, Mr. Stratton founded Kavison Homes, a vertically integrated real estate development and construction company dedicated to delivering quality housing solutions throughout Southern Nevada. Under his leadership, Kavison Homes was recognized as New Home Builder of the Year by the Southern Nevada Home Builders Association and has become a respected partner in innovative affordable housing initiatives. Kevin oversees development and construction across every Kavison community, from underwriting new land to delivering finished homes. He came up through finance and operations roles in Las Vegas real estate before joining the family business. His focus is making sure each Kavison home is built to last and priced for the people moving here today.
Nick runs day-to-day construction across multiple Kavison communities, coordinating subs, suppliers, and inspectors to keep projects on schedule. His background spans residential and light-commercial construction in southern Nevada. On site, he's the person making sure every detail lines up with the plan.
Chip leads field operations on several Kavison communities, focused on quality, sequencing, and trade coordination. He came up through hands-on trades and has been managing residential builds around Las Vegas for years. Homeowners typically meet him during their final walk-through.
Kym keeps Kavison's day-to-day operations running — vendor relationships, internal systems, and the back-office details that let the construction team focus on building. She's usually the first point of contact for new partners and suppliers. Before Kavison, she worked across residential development and property management.
